This application is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the F.I.R and include the Section 3(1)(g) of SC/ST Act in Crime No.11 of 2012 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that in this matter, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Magistrate concerned on 01.07.2014 itself.
