ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. J. Senthil Kumaraiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.S. Manoj, Government Advocate for the 1st respondent(s), Mr. B. Anandan, Advocate for the 2nd respondent and Mr. P. Suriliraja, Advocate for the 3rd and 4th respondents, this Court made the following order:

'Seeking to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD). No.912 of 2024, dated 24.09.2024, this criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed.

2. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it came to know 2/4

that there is an unresolved dispute between the petitioner and the 2 nd respondent as to the ownership of the Trailer which cannot be resolved by this Court unless and until a final call is taken by the 1st respondent police. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
