This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent ; the learned counsel for the intervenor/de-facto complainant and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the complaint given by one Anandha Karthiga, a petition enquiry is pending.
4. The petitioners are directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, they shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
