There is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent are present.

It is seen that the petitioner seeks for numbering of the shops in the Flower Market and for such purpose, he has made two representations on 04.01.2014 and 29.01.2014 respectively before the fifth respondent. Therefore, it is for the fifth respondent to consider such request and pass orders on the same, if no order is passed so far. The said exercise shall be done by the fifth respondent at the earliest possible time.

With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
