It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.03.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ been closed.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant, if not already served and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
