2.We have perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge and the entire materials placed on record. 3.The appeal has been filed challenging the interim order granted by the learned Single Judge by directing the authorities to accommodate the writ petitioner's child in any one of the School, under RTE category, alleging that it is in the form of granting final relief. 4.Today, when the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants, on instructions, submits that in pursuant to the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the child of the first respondent/writ petitioner has already been admitted in the third respondent School. 5.In such view of the matter, nothing remains to be considered in the present writ appeal as the interim order granted by this Court has been complied by the appellants herein. Since the Writ Petition is yet to be heard finally, we are disinclined to interfere with the issue at this stage. Accordingly, this writ appeal stands dismissed. The learned Single 3/5
Judge is requested to dispose of the writ petition on its own merits expeditiously. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
