Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 11 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent No.12.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has made certain allegations against the respondents 9 to 12 and in order to take departmental action against them, he sent representations dated 01.03.2018, 15.03.2018 and 13.04.2018. However, the said representations have not been considered by the official respondents so far and, therefore, he has filed the present Writ Petition for the reliefs as stated above.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent/the Commissioner and Director, Land Survey & Land Settlement, Government of Tamil Nadu, Survey House, Chepauk, Chennai-600 005, to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 01.03.2018, 15.03.2018 and 13.04.2018, and pass appropriate orders on the same, on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, after giving personal opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fifth respondent and also to the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
