ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by one S.Kamitha Beevi.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that First Information Report was registered in Crime No.249 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 465, 468 & 420 IPC. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the parties have settled their issue among themselves. 5.In view of the settlement between the parties, the First Information Report in Crime No.249 of 2016 is hereby quashed.
