..Respondents PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to withdraw the case in Crime No.70 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the file of the 3rd respondent and to complete the investigation within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.70 of 2015 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent and complete the investigation within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to issue direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions would submit that the second respondent is not yet received the viscera report and the investigation is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of the case, the

first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.08.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
