The petitioner has filed a petition under Section 127 Cr.P.C seeking for modification of the maintenance amount fixed in favour of his wife. This petition was not accepted and was returned with an endorsement that the correct date of disposal has to be mentioned.

2.The petitioner is directed to represent the petition by giving the relevant details sought for by the Court below and on such representation of the petition, the Court below is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
