Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to take action against the third to fifth respondents herein for threatening the petitioner and her children and further direct the first and second respondents to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and her children for their life and limb and residing in the petitioner's house property in Door No.68, situated at Veeravanchinatha Nagar, Palayam, Palayam Post, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on her representations, dated 28.03.2022 and 30.03.2022.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to take action against the third to fifth respondents herein for threatening the petitioner and her children and further direct the first and second respondents to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and her children for their life and limb and residing in the petitioner's house property in Door No.68, situated at Veeravanchinatha Nagar, Palayam, Palayam Post, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on her representations, dated 28.03.2022 and 30.03.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, dated 28.03.2022 and 30.03.2022, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
