For Respondent : Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Cr.No.229 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police and to pass such further or other orders. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No. 229 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.6711 of 2020 and he is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the above said case.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that thirteen previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
