: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2018 and on the basis of circular letter No.41350/U1/2017, dated 20.10.2017 issued by Inspector General of Registration to cancel the forged document on the file of the third respondent in connection with Petitioner's property vide forged documents No.225/1985 situated at Chettinayackenpatti and Silapadi Village, Dindigul District within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2018 and on the basis of circular letter No.41350/U1/2017, dated 20.10.2017 issued by Inspector General of Registration to cancel the forged document No.225/1985 on the file of the third respondent in connection with Petitioner's property situated at Chettinayackenpatti and Silapadi Village, Dindigul District.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2018, on the basis of Circular Letter No.41350/U1/2017, dated 20.10.2017 issued by Inspector General of Registration and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as persons concerned.
