2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2018 and to issue individual patta in Survey No.163/2, having extent of 4 Acres 1 cent which is situated at Amuthapuram, Balapathiraramapuram Village, Veerakeralamputhur Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.04.2018, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving notice to the petitioner as well as persons concerned.
