O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.3 of 2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Melur and quash the same as far as the petitioner/A6 is concerned.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that committal process is over and now committed to V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai. The case was taken cognizance in S.C.No. 96 of 2023 before V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, and it is posted on 18.04.2023.
3. Since the committal process is already over, the petitioner wants to sustain his case. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition by mentioning the Sessions Case Number also.
4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
