ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.529 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are family friends. Due to money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner used abusing words and filthy language, thereby, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there was a settlement in between the petitioner and the petitioner's sister. The petitioner's sister is none other than the defacto complainant.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
