ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to hand over the petitioner's gold ornaments as per the order in Crl.M.P.No.6202 of 2018 in Crime No.469 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that so far, they recovered only 50 sovereigns and further compliance is pending.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, in Cr.M.P.No.6202 of 2018 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
