3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2018 seeking to stop the construction of Veterinary Hospital in S.No.684/1, Thenmalai Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.05.2018, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as persons concerned. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
