This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus directing the fifth respondent to approve her promotion cum transfer as Headmistress to the sixth respondent School, with effect from 02.06.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, though there is no representation for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's request was considered and her promotion cum transfer as Headmistress to the sixth respondent School was approved with effect from 02.06.2018.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
