2. This Court, by order dated 10.02.2022 passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19219 of 2021, had quashed the entire proceedings in connection

with the case in Crime No. 669 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent as against some other accused persons.

3. In view of the same, the First Information Report in Crime No.669 of 2021 as against the petitioner herein is also quashed and this Criminal Original petition is allowed.
