2.The prayer in the writ petition is rather innocuous. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by her. But in the representation, the petitioner seeks cancellation of a document executed in the year 1991. The first respondent cannot grant such relief. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil court for relief. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
