3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to grant permission or approval to start and run the school nearby the petitioner's school by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2018.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as persons concerned. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
