O R D E R

The revision petitioner filed this petition to set aside the order dated 23.02.2021 in IA.No.442 of 2018 in OS.No.62 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathankulam.

2. IA.No.442 of 2018 was filed by the respondent for appointment of Advocate Commissioner. The petition was allowed and Advocate Commissioner was appointed. The Advocate Commissioner had also inspected the property and filed the report and plan. Hence, this prayer in this petition becomes infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. If the petitioner wants to file objections to the Advocate Commissioner's Report, he can file the same before the lower Court.
