ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 5th respondent, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with. 2.Since the dispute in the writ petition lies in a short compass as to whether the 5th respondent has drawn connection from the petitioner's land, I am inclined to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2019. 3.Accordingly, the official respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 10.12.2019 of the petitioner after giving notice to the private respondent viz., the 5th respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.
