ORDER

The petitioner seeks cancellation of registration of certain documents on the ground that they are fraudulent in nature. The petitioner can obtain the relief sought for only before the jurisdictional Civil Court in duly instituted civil proceedings. The Administrative authority cannot grant him relief. Therefore, leaving open the rights of the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
