ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the jurisdictional Police informs this Court that there is no criminal case pending against the petitioner. There is no impediment for processing the petitioner's application. The first respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application and re-issue the passport to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
