O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has made an application on 24.03.2025 and sent a reminder on 27.02.2025. The petitioner has further contended that only litigation that was pending concerning the subject property was also attained finality before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 12.08.2015 and the injunction granted by the Courts below was confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It is thereafter, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate submit that the petitioner has not made an online application in this regard.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

In view of the above and considering the prevailing practice of online application being mandatory, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a online application for issuance of patta and also make necessary payment of the requisite fees, if not already paid. On such application being made, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
