O R D E R

This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction against the second respondent not to harass him and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint of the third respondent.

2. Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for respondents 1 & 2 and would submit that it is the petitioner, who has lodged an online complaint on 21.06.2020 and the same was treated as petition enquiry in CSR.No.319 of 2020. The petitioner was summoned for enquiry in this complaint and the petitioner, instead of appearing before the respondent Police, has filed this petition before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that there is no complaint from the third respondent, pending against this petitioner, as on date.
