Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st Respondent relating to the registration of the Cancellation Deed. dated 19.02.2015, registered as document No. 376 of 2015 in the Office of the 1st Respondent herein and quash the same and forbear the respondents herein from in any manner interfering with the right title and interest of the Petitioner in the property of an extent of 3 Acres and 49 Cents comprised in UDR Survey No. 108/1A, 107/8A, 107/1A, 107/9, 109/3A, 110/1A, 109/3B1 and 110/1B1 in Alangudi Village, Pudukkottai District.
