ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.01 of 2020 in O.S.No.155 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Thoothukudi, dated 02.03.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was decreed on 12.10.2023 and he had also circulated a Judgment copy passed in O.S.No.155 of 2020 in this regard. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
