Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for insurance of a writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings bearing O.M/16392/2014 dated 22.9.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and with a consequential direction directing the 2nd respondent to issue the Legal heirship certificate in the name of the petitioner's deceased wife Kaliammal.
