ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.54 of 2012.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police, by mistake, has filed final report before the Executive Magistrate. 3.Therefore, the final report filed before the Executive Magistrate, shall be taken from the file of the Executive Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and filed before the appropriate jurisdictional Magistrate, within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
