2. The second respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the second respondent encounters any opposition or resistance from any third parties, he will relegate the Writ petitioner to move the civil Court.

3. The Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
