ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC., in Crime No. Not Known of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that that there was a complaint in CSR No.160 of 2017, dated 19.06.2017 and based on the complaint, an enquiry was conducted the same was subsequently closed. He also submitted that earlier, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, for amicable settlement.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed and the interim order already granted by this Court stands vacated.
