ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. On the earlier occasion, in Crime No.56 of 2020 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ramnadu, the third respondent herein filed the complaint against the petitioner to the second respondent. Since, already the case has been registered against the petitioner, the complaint was closed with a direction to the third respondent to approach the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ramnadu.

3. According to the learned Public Prosecutor, no enquiry is pending as on date against this petitioner. So, the question of harassment does not arise.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5977 of 2021 further order is required. Hence, this Criminal original Petition stands closed.
