ORDER

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate forum, since it is an appealable order. It is further represented that the First Petitioner / Plaintiff died on 15.05.2024. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is also made clear that the legal representatives of the First Petitioner / Plaintiff are not precluded from proceeding the matter in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
