Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing Writ of Mandamus, to consider the representation dated 02.06.2020 made by the petitioner.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, I am inclined to dispose this Writ Petition without going into the merits of the case.

W.P.(MD) No.7053 of 2020 4.The respondents are therefore directed to consider the representation dated 02.06.2020 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits, after giving opportunity to the petitioner to be heard, within a period of six weeks from today. The respondent may also issue notice to the mother-in-law of the petitioner and consider her representation if any before passing such order. If the petitioner is otherwise entitled to legal heirship certificate, same shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of two weeks of such exercise.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No cost.
