ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner wants removal of encroachments in the petition mentioned survey number. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that survey will be conducted shortly and that if encroachments are identified, they will be removed by adhering due process of law. This shall be done within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. (G.R.S, J. & B.P, J.) 26.03.2024 skm 2/4
