The petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in respect of Natham Poramboke lands. In this regard, he has made an application on 15.02.2025 to the third respondent. The petitioner only seeks expeditious disposal of the said application. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner relies on an unregistered sale deed and the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2025, within a period of twelve [12] 2/5

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
