[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.P.Mani Anandh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.381 of 2019 filed by the petitioner before the Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

3.The petitioner would state that the divorce petition has been adjourned from time to time.

4.On verification through the Registry, we find that there is no Judicial Officer manning the said Court. Therefore, we cannot issue any direction at this juncture for expeditious hearing of the petition, all that we can observe is by granting liberty to the petitioner to mention before the concerned Court as and when the Judicial Officer is posted to the Family Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD)No.801 of 2021 5.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
