PRAYER :- For Bail in O.R.No.4/2020 on the file of the Respondent. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2020 for the offences under Sections 9, 39(1)(a)(b)(d), 39(3)(a)(b)(c), 40(ii), 49(A)(a)(b), 50 and 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act, 2002, in O.R.No.4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 21.03.2020, cucumbers sea worth about 94 kms in 4 jute bags is recovered from the petitioner. Hence, a complaint.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that 94 kms cucumbers sea has been recovered from the petitioner which was subsequently seized and since the petitioner is admitted in hospital, he was taken to custody on 09.06.2020.
