O R D E R

The novel prayer is sought for in this petition, directing the first respondents to receive the petitioner's complaint.

2. This Court is not in a position to understand the grievance that is expressed by the petitioner. If any complaint has been given either in person or through post, it is duty of the respondents to receive the same. Even without impleading the necessary party, this Writ Petition has been filed, stating that the complaint given by the petitioner is refused by the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint has been received either of the respondents Police.

4. It has been simply stated that the petitioner handed over the complaint in person to the respondents and the same was refused. Such sort of contention can not be accepted by this Court. The petitioner is directed to give proper complaint before the concerned authority, so that, they will consider the same.

5. I find no merits in this petition and it is clear abuse of process of the Court. Hence, this Writ Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
