Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 11.04.2018 , directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date receipt of the copy of the said order. 2.

It is submitted that the petitioner is suffering from illness and hence, he is unable to produce sureties for appearance and the present petition for extension of time is filed on 29.05.2018. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended by two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the order dated 11.04.2018 shall stand dismissed automatically. This petition is ordered accordingly.
