Seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry and to file the final report in Crime No.708 of 2015 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.Mr.V.Palanichami, the Special Sub Inspector of Police, C3, S.S. Colony, Police Station is present. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that the investigation in Crime No.708 of 2015 was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, which was taken on file in C.C.No.49 of 2017. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
