ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for handing over the documents in question. It is clarified by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the earlier Panchayat Secretary was implicated in a vigilance case and that he has been suspended from service. A new Panchayat Secretary has been appointed and the new Panchayat Secretary has taken over the affairs. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this case.
