3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the respondents to include the name of
the petitioner in the promotion panel list to the post of Nursing Tutor Grade 1 in the forthcoming year as per her seniority basis and to promote her to the post of Nursing Tutor Grade 1 with all attendant and service benefits in the light of the proceedings dated 08.05.2018 by the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2018.
4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
