2017 on the file of the Honourable District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil before this Honourable Court ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.VAMANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.NIRANJAN.S.KUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the Demand Draft bearing No.638278, dated 29.08.20108, Indian Bank, Marthandam, drawn in favour of Mrs.R.Jasmin Shiny, who is the wife of the petitioner herein.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for on either side.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to Rojavanam, Home for Old Aged, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Ulaganeri, Madurai - 625 107, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
