ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.Since the relief sought for is limited to consider the representation of the petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following direction:

"The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner is entitled to get legal heir certificate, the same shall be issued. The said exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
