ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.3915 of 2019 in Crime No.03 of 2018, dated 23.10.2019.

CRL OP(MD). No.5773 of 2021 2.The learned Special Judge granted bail by directing the petitioners/A3 and A4 to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- each and the said amount to be used for the victim public for their settlement at the time of final hearings. Now, the petitioners approached this Court for modification of the said condition imposed by the learned Special Judge.

3.It is seen that the conditions were imposed by the learned Special Judge, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and therefore, this petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, for appropriate relief.
