ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.2142 of 2015 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the case in Crime No.2142 of 2015 was registered for the offence under Section 379 of I.P.C., and the accused could not be traced yet and he seeks time.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the
